Ms. Classen completed her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern Illinois University and her Master of Social Work degree from Illinois State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois.
Ms. Classen has experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with attachment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. She has also worked with children in foster care that have a significant history of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect.
Ms. Classen and her husband have two children. Ms. Classen is a member of First United Methodist Church in Pekin.
