Mid-life / Family Issues
We’ve all heard of the term "mid-life crisis". Many adults experience a heightened level of stress and anxiety as they are faced with various difficult transitions associated with middle age. Many mixed emotions are linked with new experiences and changes such as children getting married or leaving home; losing a spouse or loved one; relocating; adjusting to a new job; family issues; or the loss of a parent — just to name a few.
At The Antioch Group we provide support for individuals who are adjusting to the changes of mid-life. We assist our clients in understanding and processing the many different emotions and experiences that accompany middle age. The challenges of mid-life don't have to be dealt with alone, we're here to help.
