Ms. Noar received her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Bradley University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois.

Ms. Noar is passionate about working with children and their families experiencing a wide variety of issues. She has prior experience with community-based counseling, foster care and crisis management.

Ms. Noar resides in East Peoria with her husband and two daughters. They attend Richwoods Christian Church.
